Ingredients for Jam Doughnut buynow

- Oil for frying

- Jam

- Salt

- Vanilla Essence

- Powdered Sugar

- Baking soda

- Flour

- Eggs

- NESTLÉ MILKMAID

How to make Jam Doughnut

  1. Whisk eggs and milkmaid together.  Add salt, Baking Soda, powdered sugar and vanilla essence.  Add the flour little by little to make a smooth dough. Add as much flour as the dough can hold and knead. Leave it to set for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan for frying the doughnuts. Flatten some dough with a rolling pin to ½ inch thickness and cut into shape of a doughnut. Fry the doughnuts till they rise up and turn golden. Check if they are cooked by inserting a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean without much resistance, the doughnuts are cooked. Leave them aside to cool.
  3. Slit the doughnuts 3/4th of the way, horizontally and fill in with Jam.  Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar and top with more Jam. Chill & Serve.
