Ingredients

1Nestlé MILKMAID Mini

1 cupNestlé a+ Toned Milk

1/2 cupWater

1Egg

2 tbspMelted Butter

1½ tspVanilla Essence

1½ cup (150 gms)Maida (All Purpose Flour)

2 tspBaking Powder

According to taste (0.3 g) Salt

Topping

1/4 tinNestlé MILKMAID

1 cupCream

2 cupsChopped Seasonal Fruits

How to make Pancakes

Step 1: Add Nestlé MILKMAID, water, egg, 1 tbsp butter, and vanilla essence to a bowl and beat well. Then add milk to it and mix well.
Step 2: Sieve maida, baking powder, and salt, and fold them with the MILKMAID mixture. Blend well until no lumps remain. Do not overmix. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Heat a heavy-bottomed nonstick pan and lightly grease it with melted butter. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and gently spread it to form a ¼-inch thick pancake.
Step 4: Flip over and cook the other side of the pancake when bubbles appear on top. Remove the pancake from the pan and keep it on a plate (cover it with a kitchen towel to keep it warm). Repeat with the rest of the batter and stack the pancakes on the plate.
