Ingredients for Omani Khabeesa buynow


- Milk


- Semolina (Suji)

- Cardomom powder

- Rose Water

- Saffron

How to make Omani Khabeesa

  1. Heat MILKMAID Ghee in a pan, fry the semolina till roasted lightly. Add a+ Nourish Milk, boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  1. Add MILKMAID, cardamom powder, rose water and saffron and continue cooking on a medium heat for 2 minutes.
  1. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm.

NOTE: The Khabeesa will become slightly thick when cold.
