Seviyan Payasam Recipe

This light South Indian dessert made using vermicelli is so easy to make and hardly needs any preparation time. Perfect for unannounced guests or sudden dessert demands from the kids! You can have it cold or hot depending on the season as well!

Ingredients for Seviyan Payasam

½ tin
MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ litre
Nestle a+ Milk
½ cup
Roasted Seviyan
15
Raisins
10, halved
Cashew Nuts
½ teaspoon
Elaichi Powder

How to make Seviyan Payasam

  • Bring milk to a boil, add MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, seviyan and elaichi powder.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes, till seviyan is cooked. Remove from flame, add the raisins and nuts.
  • Serve hot.
