Ingredients for Puranpoli buynow



- Chana Dal

- Water

- Cardamom Powder

- Maida

- Turmeric

How to make Puranpoli

1.    Cook chana dal in 3 cups of water till done and drain the water. Keep aside to make dough. Grind the cooked dal into a thick paste.

2.    In a kadai, mix the dal and MILKMAID, cook on medium heat stirring continuously till the mixture leaves the sides of the kadai. Sprinkle cardamom powder and a little turmeric. Mix well, remove from heat.

3.    Knead the maida with 2½ tbsp ghee and some water to form soft dough. Roll into puris and stuff each with dal mixture. Roll again into medium sized thin chapathis.  Cook on a tawa, remove and spread a little ghee over each poli.  Serve hot
