Ingredients for Mafruka buynow

- Almonds (toasted and sliced) For Topping

- MILKMAID Ghee

- Semolina (Suji)

- Water

- Rose Water

- MILKMAID For Topping

- Water For Topping

- Corn flour For Topping

- MILKMAID

- Cardamom Powder For Topping

How to make Mafruka

  1. Heat MILKMAID ghee in a pan, add the semolina (suji) and fry on medium heat until golden brown. Add MILKMAID and water and stir till cooked and smooth. Spread in a shallow dish.
  1. For Topping: Combine MILKMAID, water and corn flour. Whisk and cook on medium heat until thick and smooth like cream by stirring continuously. Sprinkle the cardamom powder, stir well and remove from heat.
  1.  Spread topping on top of the Mafruka base and garnish with nuts. Slice when cold and serve.
