Cup cakes Recipe

Ingredients for Cup cakes

3 tbsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder for frosting
3/4 cup
1/2 tsp
Baking soda
3/4 tsp
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Vanilla Essence
3 tsp
Melted Butter
1 tsp
Vanilla essence for frosting
1 cup
Powdered sugar for frosting
4 tbps
Butter for frosting
1/2 tin (200 g)

How to make Cup cakes

  • Sift Maida, baking soda and baking powder together.  Whisk MILKMAID, butter and vanilla essence together. Fold this in the Maida mixture
  • Preheat the oven to 150C. Pour the batter into moulds till 3/4th full and bake at 1500c for 20 minutes or till done. Cool and keep aside.
  • Beat ingredients for frosting together till evenly consistent and light. Fill piping bag with frosting and decorate on top
