Ingredients for Channar Puli

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ tin (200 gms) Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 1 tbsp Nestlé Everyday Ghee
  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 6-7 tbsp Maida (Flour)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • • Oil for frying

For Syrup

  • 1 ½ cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Water

How to make Channar Puli

  • Knead Nestlé MILKMAID, paneer, maida and baking powder with ghee to a smooth dough. Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai. Roll out paneer mixture into elongated shapes and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Soak in syrup and serve hot.
