Ingredients for Caramel Kheer
- 1/2 tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- 4 cups Nestlé a+ Toned Milk
- 4 Bananas
- 1 tsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Few strands Saffron
To Garnish
- Nuts (Almonds, Pistachios & Cashews)
How to make Caramel Kheer
- Step 1: Add sugar and butter in a pan and let it caramelize. Once it turns light golden, add purée of 4 bananas and mix well.
- Step 2: Add milk and cook on low flame till the mixture thickens. Now add saffron strands and Nestlé MILKMAID. Continue to cook till it thickens well.
- Step 3: Once the caramel payasam thickens, serve it with nuts on top & enjoy!
