  • 1 tinNestlé MILKMAID
  • 1/2 cupNestlé a+ Toned Milk
  • 500 ml Fresh Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3 tbspCocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cupUnsalted butter

How to make Vanilla Ice Cream With Chocolate Sauce

For Ice-cream

  • Step 1:  Whip the cream in a bowl until thick & fluffy.
  • Step 2:  Add ¾ tin Nestlé MILKMAID, vanilla essence, and whipped cream and mix well.
  • Step 3:  Pour into a container and freeze until set.

For Chocolate sauce

  • Step 1:  Add cocoa powder to milk and mix well to form a paste.
  • Step 2:  Add the remaining ¼ tin Nestlé MILKMAID to butter. Heat over a medium flame until the mixture is thick and glossy.
  • Step 3:  Serve the chocolate sauce with ice-cream.
