Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes
- Step 1: Preheat the oven at 180o C. Sieve together maida, baking powder and baking soda (2-3 times for better aeration).
- Step 2: Melt butter in a mixing bowl, add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and beat well.
- Step 3: Mix cocoa powder, coffee powder and hot water in a beaker there are no lumps.
- Step 4: Add maida and cocoa mixture alternately to the batter till all the maida and cocoa are used up.
- Step 5: Pour the batter into the cup cake molds till ½ full and bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or till the toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Let them cool.
For Frosting:
- Step 6: Whisk cocoa powder, vanilla essence, powdered sugar, and butter until evenly consistent and light. Fill piping bag with frosting and decorate the cupcakes
